FOOD PYRAMID
The ideal is to consume 4/5 meals a day: three main meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner plus two snacks for the children or one or two snacks for adults. Distribute the food's space during the events of the day is important for a dynamic life, without having "holes" in the stomach, or loss of energy.
At the base of the pyramid there are daily foods while the ones at the top must be taken with moderation.
Usually food pyramid for healthy subjects is divided into four parts:
1.the base is made from complex carbohydrates
2.above, there are fruits and vegetables
3.then we find the group of animal proteins and vegetables
4.to the top, we find fats and condiments in general.
Drink plenty.
