Physical exercise followed by revitalization – the ideal total package for every holiday-maker. Even the Alta Pusteria holiday area is seizing these excellent symbioses and repeatedly advertising them in their summer program pamphlets by luring with a plan to combine two of the most prized venues on offer, namely; to Kneipp at the first “Kneipp für mich®” park in Italy and secondly, to mountain bike in the beautiful natural landscapes of the Dolomites.
Monday: a guided uncomplicated MTB beginner’s tour, (2 – 3 hours between 200-500 metres altitude)
Tuesday forenoon: Kneipp für mich® - Fit and vital on the day in accord with water - Tuesday afternoon: Kneipp für mich® - Something good for our tired legs and feet, water applications; the creating of an ointment or a lotion.
Wednesday: guided MTB panorama tour (3 – 5 hours, between 500 – 900 metres altitude)
Thursday: Free day to Kneipp at leisure, relax or go shopping
Friday: guided MTB Highlight tour, (5 – 7 hours, between 900 – 1500 metres altitude)
Included 7 days in half pension and Admission card to the “Raiffeisen Kneipp für mich®” park for the week
